Internal Quality Control

We pride ourselves on our stringent and efficient quality control process. Every instrument that comes into the store is checked, tested and played - by a musician - to ensure that there are no functional of aesthetic defects. We do not send stock instruments to you directly from the factory, which unfortunately is an all-too-common occurence with instruments bought online.

Professional Setup Option

For an optional fee, we can professionally set-up your instrument with your chosen string brand and gauge. This service ensures that your instrument will play and sound as good as it should, as soon as you open the box.

*At the current time, this service is only available for electric guitars. Premium coated strings are not included in the standard price.   

Stock Items

We can not always 100% guarentee that items listed on the website are in physical stock, due to the busy store-front nature of the business. In the event that we cannot get your purchased item to you within the stated time, we will make contact via email and work with you and endeavour to get the best possible solution which best suits your needs.

Delivery Times

The large majority of items available to purchase in our online shop are 'stock' items. This generally allows us to get them to you within 1-2 working days after payment has cleared.

We endeavour to deliver 'non-stock' items within 3-5 days, and will email you with an estimated delivery date after an initial check with our distributors. 

Delivery to remote areas (Non-Mainland UK addresses) generally takes 1-2 working days, but can take up to 5 working days.  Weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered 'working days' in regards to our delivery service, and as such we will despatch items on the following working day.

Receiving your goods

When signing for your delivered goods, please make sure to sign as 'unchecked'. This helps in the unlikely event of a product becoming damaged in transit, and allows us to make a claim against the delivery company and rectify the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We must be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours of deivery. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

This delivery information is for UK addresses. Non-UK customers should read the 'Overseas Customers' section for delivery to non-UK addresses.

Exchanges of unwanted items 

Items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they returned in as-new condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging. 
Unwanted items can be exchanged for a similar item within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in as-new condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging.

For products where hygene can be an issue (earplugs, harmonicas and microphones for example) can only be returned if the original packaging is sealed and unopened.

In the event of a return, we are not liable for any items lost in transit. It is your obligation to use insured and/or tracked postage methods when returning items.
