At Rock Hard Music we are committed to providing great customer service. For items that are ordered through our shop, including our on-line shop, we are happy to offer a refund up to seven days after receipt of goods providing the goods are returned to us in the same condition that they left our shop in.
If a customer decides to cancel their order with us, they will have their payment returned after we have received the goods which will be returned at the customers expenses. Care should be taken by the customer to properly insure goods that are returned via a third party. Under normal circumstances a customer may also cancel a service that they have not yet received and this will qualify for a refund if the service is cancelled in good time as previously specified by Rock Hard Music. These rules may vary for certain services or when supplying / making custom orders / items.
